Read Carefully: Refund Policy for InfoBizCloud.com

1. Non-Refundable Payments
   All payments made for services provided by InfoBizCloud.com are strictly non-refundable. This policy is applicable to all scenarios, including service cancellations and account renewals. Under no condition will any paid amount be refunded.
2. Payment Methods for Indian Customers
   Indian customers are required to use online payment gateways or methods such as debit cards, credit cards, or net banking to make payments exclusively in Indian Rupees (₹). If a customer uses PayPal with auto-payment settings and later closes their account, resulting in an automatic debit that reaches our local bank, InfoBizCloud.com is not responsible for refunding that payment. Such transactions will be considered as the customer’s intent to continue using the service.
3. False Claims and Penalties
   If a customer knowingly files a fraudulent refund claim through PayPal or any other payment service after utilizing InfoBizCloud.com’s services, they will be held liable for a penalty of  ₹35,000.
4. International Payment Gateway Usage
   International payment gateways, including Moneybookers (Skrill) and PayPal, are designated solely for non-Indian clients. If an Indian customer utilizes these gateways for payment and any issue arises subsequently, InfoBizCloud.com holds no responsibility for resolving or refunding the payment.
5. Service Downtime and Disruptions
   In the event of server downtime, crashes, or any other technical disruptions, InfoBizCloud.com does not provide refunds for any payments made. Clients are expected to acknowledge and accept this policy upon subscribing to the services.
6. VPS and Dedicated Server Payments
   VPS and dedicated server plans are offered on both monthly and yearly payment schedules. Once payment is processed for these services, any subsequent request for withdrawal or termination of services will not qualify for a refund.
